02 Straight answers
The questions everybody asks first
How long does it really take?
Ten days or less for most sites, counted from when I have your photos and details. You see a preview at 72 hours either way. Need it sooner? A flat $150 makes it one week, guaranteed.
Do we have to get on a call?
Only if you want one. I like hearing owners talk about their work, and nothing here waits on a conversation.
What do you need from me?
Your services, hours, service area, any photos and a logo if you have one. Text it over in pieces as you find it, that works fine.
Do I actually own it?
Yes. Domain and hosting in your name, files yours once the final payment clears. Nothing is rented from me.
I already have a site. Can you move it?
Yes. I rebuild it and switch it over, no downtime, and your pages keep their place in search.
Can I update it myself later?
Yes, the handoff notes show you how. Two rounds after launch are already included, then it is $75 a round, or $50 a month if you would rather I just handle it.
Do you build online stores?
Yes. Booking links, payment buttons and quote forms go in at no extra cost. A full store with inventory is quoted separately. Call or text me what you sell.
What if I do not like it?
You see a working version at 72 hours, not at the end. Changes go in as I build, within the scope we agreed, at no extra cost.
Do I need to be local?
No. The whole thing runs over phone and email. Most clients are in the US, further out is fine, and prices are in US dollars.
