Everything in this kit is optional. Use any of it, change it, or ignore it and sell your own way. The only fixed rules are the ones in the partner terms: follow the law (in Texas, the pitch and sale happen face to face), disclose the commission, no spam, and do not promise anything the site does not say.

Who to sell to

Any local business with no website. Restaurants are the lead example. Also salons, barbers, auto repair shops, cleaners, lawn care, food trucks and contractors. Look for businesses with no website.

2. A 30 second pitch, if you want one

Two examples. Not a script. Say it however you talk.

Restaurants that take orders through DoorDash or Uber Eats

Only use the fee math if they sell on doordash.com or Uber Eats. If their orders go through order.online, skip it. The customer pays the delivery fee, not the restaurant. Never quote a delivery fee as a cost to the restaurant.

“Quick one. Do you take online orders anywhere besides DoorDash? On the marketplace DoorDash keeps 15 to 30 percent of the food. Orders on your own site cost 2.9 percent plus 30 cents in card fees. Any other local business with no website

3. Objection answers

Optional answers. Every fact below is already on getwebsitesfast.com. Word it your way, keep the facts the same.

“That is too much.”

For a restaurant on doordash.com or Uber Eats: on $100 of DoorDash marketplace orders they keep $70 to $85. On their own site they keep $96.80. Skip this if their orders go through order.online. For a contractor: one booked job pays for more than the website. Then stop. No discounts.

“Can you do it cheaper?”

No. The price is the same for everybody and it is on the website. You cannot discount it.

“I already have a site.”

They rebuild it and switch it over with no downtime, and the pages keep their place in search.

“I do not have time for this.”

No meeting is required. They need services, hours, service area, photos and a logo if there is one. The owner can text it over in pieces.

“What if I do not like it?”

They see a working version 72 hours after they pay and send their details, not at the end. Changes go in during the build, inside the agreed scope, at no extra cost. The $200 deposit is not refundable once work starts. Say that too.

“Do I own it?”

Yes. Domain and hosting in their name. The files are theirs once the final payment clears.

“Is there a monthly fee?”

No. Maintenance is optional, from $50 a month, cancel any time. Changes after the two included rounds are $75 a round.

“How fast?”

Preview in 72 hours from when they send their details. Live in 10 days or less. One week guaranteed with the $150 rush.

“Is this legit? Who are you?”

Pricing and terms are public at getwebsitesfast.com. Payment goes through Stripe. They can call or text (417) 262-8489 or email signup@getwebsitesfast.com. You are an independent partner and you get paid a commission. Say so.

“Can I get a free mockup first?”

Yes. Build a free preview of the owner’s site on your phone in seconds at preview.getwebsitesfast.com/new, using your partner code. Show them their own site before they pay.

4. Sites to show

Optional. Show owners the live sites on the Work page. They all work on a phone.

5. Sending the checkout link

Send the owner the checkout for the option they pick: $500 paid in full or $200 deposit. Use only those two links.
Tell them to type your partner code in the Partner code field at checkout. The field is optional, so remind them. That is how the sale is credited to you.
Put the disclosure in the same message: “Here is the link: $500 paid in full, or $200 now and $400 when you approve the finished site. Put my partner code in the Partner code box. Heads up, Websites Fast pays me a commission if you buy through it.”
After they pay, Websites Fast contacts them. You are done unless they ask you something.

6. The fixed rules (from the partner terms)

Sell in person, by phone, text, DM or email. Follow the telemarketing and anti-spam laws where you and the business are. In Texas, a call or text can only set a meeting; the pitch and the sale happen face to face.
Not open to sellers in California.
Only pitch businesses with no website.
Never quote a price, discount, deadline or freebie that is not on the pricing page.
Never take money yourself. Buyers pay Websites Fast through Stripe.
Never skip the commission disclosure.
Never send bulk email or texts, buy lists, or post where the group rules say no.
Never say you work for Websites Fast or are Rob.
